In our home-made fresh pasta facilities we exclusively produce gluten-free products.

Our many years of experience in the gastronomy field permit us to offer high quality products to our customers, in the certainty (working with Ministerial authorisation) that every single ingredient used is gluten-free by nature or is certified to be gluten-free.

Because we work only to order, our products are always and absolutely fresh.
