Soluzioni Alimentari

The Company, born from the idea of satisfying the increasingly growing number of persons genetically intolerant to gluten, has continued to find an ever-greater number of customers.
Soluzioni Alimentari began its work by opening to the public for the first time on 11/12/2001 by offering its customers gluten-free fresh pasta of an extremely high gastronomic quality.
We exclusively process gluten free flours and products and our product range is so varied to satisfy the most demanding palates. Also, our decision to only work to order permits us to offer a product that is always fresh and one that can be simply frozen when brought home.
Our seriousness is also guaranteed by Ministerial Authorisation that authorises us to produce gluten-free fresh pasta and that obliges us to undergo strict and continuous controls by the relevant authorities.

The owner

The owner Luigi Bonomini was born at Monza on 7th March 1972.
In 1992 he was diagnosed as being a celiac suffer, something he was not surprised about seeing that this alimentary intolerance ran in the family.
The idea of a craft facility for producing only gluten-free fresh pasts was born from his experience in the gastronomy field and his sensitivity to this problem that closely affected him.

Authorisation

On 06.11.2001 Soluzioni Alimentari received authorisation no. IAB 418.4772/01 from the local A.S.L. (Socio-sanitary unit) permitting it to open to the public.

On 27.02.03 Soluzioni Alimentari was the first non-industrial fresh pasta maker in Italy to obtain authorisation from the Health Ministry to sell gluten-free fresh products (authorisation n. 2003/13)

From that time until today, we have continued to notify the Health Ministry about our products so as to always have a greater number of products to offer our ever more numerous customers.
